Advice

O.k. So I thought it would be fun to see what advice people would give me for the plane ride with Adam and Gabe by myself. Please let me know your ideas and your experiences!!! I have flown with just Adam before a few times so I kinda know a few things... But any ideas would be great!!

Good luck girlfriend! I don't have any advice for you other than sit as far away from the crotchety old people as possible. They've all forgotten what's it's like to have children.

Find out if the flight is full, to see if you might have an extra seat by you. I would suggest bringing the baby carseat on board, if you don't have room for it the flight attendents can store it for you. But if you do have room than at least you have it. Also I would rather have Tyler on my lap than one of the babies because they just sit there, the 2yr. is the one that needs to be entertained and restrained. Granted I haven't flown with more than Tyler yet. If you have a mini dvd play BRING IT. Maybe even invest in one if you don't have one. With Tyler I always got a new toy that he didn't even see until we were on the plane. And tons of snacks! Maybe even his teddy or whatever he sleeps with. I would take the blanket and pillow that you get on the plane and I would make a bed down by my feet if there was room and he would quite often fall asleep down there. GOOD LUCK! Miss you guys

Amie: I like the dvd player idea and bring your own headphones so you don't have to pay for theirs, the carseat as well. He can lean his head on it and will rest better. Nursing on a plane is easy as long as you don't have the aisle seat. Get a new toy for Adam, not a noisy one, and his moon book. Keep it hidden for a while and then bring it out for the flight. He'll be overjoyed to see it again. He loves his own blanket. Time the nap so they sleep during the majority of the flight. Lots of snacks. Enlist the flight attendant's help. Scope out the one who looks like they might be child-friendly. We'll pray for you. Can't wait to see you at Thanksgiving! Ragun
